Flying with a service / support dog, especially for the first time, may be a nerve-racking process. Our goal is to help reduce your stress with your service / support animal, you are always entitled to pre-boarding if you meet the check-in requirements at least 48-hours prior to your flight and notify the gate agent of your intention to preboard by arriving to airport 2 hours before your flight.
Must advise Air Canada Reservations 48 hour in advance of travel, and provide approved FORM issued by Air Canada
Submit DOT Form in Special Portal at least 48 hours before departure, and keep the completed form with you for the entire journey
Must request for special services on the page Disabled Service Request at least 48 hours prior to departure. Here is the service animal policy.
Must submit the Airline Letter from us to Porter Airlines at least 48 hours prior to departure to
